1.找到两个版本的系统代号
groovy(20.10) | focal (20.04)
修改/etc/apt/sources.list文件，只放入以下两行
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu groovy main restricted universe multiverse
3. 修改或增加文件/etc/apt/preferences 只填写以下内容
Package: *
Pin: release a=focal
Pin-Priority: 1001
Package: *
Pin: release a=groovy
Pin-Priority: 60
4.更新
apt-get update
5.dist升级
apt-get dist-upgrade
6.完成后重启，其他debian版本降级方法类似
